Billing term and proration

Your annual billing term is established when your organization first joins Parsepoint. User-based and module-based charges follow that same annual cycle. Any added seat packages or facility packages are prorated to align with renewal.

Overage policy

  • Storage overage: additional 1 TB hosting plan at $100 / month, multiplied by remaining months in term.
  • Lease/Facility/Utility parsing overage: 1,000 pages for $500, purchased at limit.
  • Parsed-page overage credits reset annually and do not roll over.
